Anyone could play around with their own flair, and I think it’s best to leave it as a fun feature only. If we want banned accounts to be signaled, best to do it clean. A special “Banned for x number of days” ticker in the profile page for example, or even next to the name in comments or posts. Depends on IF we want to advertise that kind of info.

List the ones that truly contributed. If it was mostly their ban evasion, list that. If it was vehemence towards staff directions to not violate the same rules, list that.

Most of the time, yeah. It’s fun but sometimes you have to face actually shitty situations.

I usually cheat and leave handling the worst stuff to other mods, but they seem to handle it really well. And yes, you get used to it quickly.

I’ve only been here for 2 months as of this comment, and I already feel like I’ve seen a lot of unruly behavior, whether it was from years ago or when I first registered. Which is why I congratulate you guys for your efforts on moderating things. I even posted a comment gushing about you guys a couple of pages ago.

If you see something that you believe is breaking the rules, then it’d be a great idea to report it. Even if it turns out that it wasn’t breaking any rules, it’s better be safe than sorry.

Alright. As I’ve gushed about before, I love it when you mods do your jobs. I enjoy going around the website and seeing you guys keeping things out of control, it brings a smile to my face.

Yeah. You get used to it. And most of it isn’t really that bad.  
Lots of times it’s a random flyby shitpost by some random nobody. Makes 1 post calling someone “faggot” and is gone.  
The most common issue that’s also annoying is Internet Fights. Cuz we gotta check how it started, what they’re arguing about, if it’s relevant to the image, etc etc.  

 
More annoying are the few die-hard tag vandals. Since it’s not only hard to notice, but also annoying to back-track and clean up after them. ESPECIALLY annoying if they did some good tagging along with the vandalizing. Cuz then I need to check each individual image.
 
Then there’s some weird ones.  
-One guy would constantly post “y mati” on random images.  
-Someone else keeps posting some meme thing “The mine song but every time x happens it speeds up” and similar.  
-Another guy would tag as many details as physically possible on Equestria Girls images. One example.

i’m pretty laid back so there’s very little someone can hurl at me that will actually stress me out or get me angry. when shit’s directed at me personally i basically just make fun of the guy for it. for example, my “tyrant hole” banner is a direct reference to a rant against me which i found to be really funny, particularly because another user pm’ed me to ask if the guy who gave the rant was retarded (in the literal sense). i’ll only tell them to frick off if they get really out of control. if it’s directed at someone else i’ll be a lot more, for lack of a better word, “proactive”.
 
also, spamming an inordinate quantity of terrible dad jokes at our dark lord here provides levity. you’d think not responding to five bad puns in a row would discourage me, but you’d be wrong.
