You are making a wrong assumption that she ‘became’ lewd instead of ‘always was’ lewd :D
but her depression contributed to it, the more depressed she got, the more she indluged in her lewdness as it was one of the only things that brought her joy. eventually it got out of control like most things and it’s now a contributing factor to her borderline insanity. The reason Twi would summon CBT is not to just lewd around but to learn how to live with her lewd side
