I don’t understand this argument. Regardless of competence or intent, he clearly acts as the antagonist for the finale. Isn’t that what a villain is?

This makes me wonder how many times Celestia accidentally or almost stepped on Twilight when she was little.

Fun fact: ACAB originated in use in the skinhead culture, and was classified as hate speech by the anti-defamation league long before the current protests picked it up. (ref https://www.adl.org/education/references/hate-symbols/acab )
