I still remember the days when we though Skyla was going to be Cadance and Shining Armor’s daughter rather than Flurry Heart. Though admittedly, Flurry does have a similar color scheme to Skyla. Just lighten the body color and replace the yellow mane/tail streak with a blue one and they look pretty close.

Whatever happened to these figures? Funko did lots of them back in the day, they were really successful, there were plans to do more…and then they suddenly stopped being made. I would assume Funko lost the My Little Pony license, but that can’t be the case, because they continued to make POP! figures of the characters.

It’s amazing to think Friendship is Magic has lasted longer than the previous two generations of MLP combined. And yet even after eight years, the fandom is still around, still watching the show, and still making great fan content. Happy 8th anniversary, everyone!

I used to think the original Flash animation this joke came from was hilarious, but now I can’t stand it because every single person in the fandom keeps quoting it.
 
I guess you can say it’s driven me bananas.  

I actually think it’d be funny if Pinkie Pie was replaced by Tempest Shadow, since her voice actress is going to be in the upcoming Mary Poppins Returns as the titular character.

I know for a fact he appeared during the Seaquestria scene. He may have also appeared during the festival scene at the end, but I can’t quite remember. I’ll have to watch the movie again.

As much as I loved the movie, I was kind of disappointed Stratus Skyranger only appeared as a background character with no significance to the plot. He had such a cool design.

I think I read somewhere that Brynna Drummond (Babs’s voice actress) moved away like Alexandra Carter (Twist’s voice actress) did previously, and that’s why Babs hasn’t appeared since Season 3. I can’t confirm if that’s true or not, but I do know Babs still appears in supplemental material.
