Other than possible genetic issues with an offspring, why is it so bad? If two consensual adults are related and want to jimmy each other’s dangles what’s the harm?
Especially cousins. Even first cousins do not even run the risk of malformed children. There’s enough of a gap between them.

Also not all sex = baby making and I hate when people boil down hate of incest to “incest babies” as it’d be no different to assuming all heterosexual sex as instant babies.
Plus it kinda of ignores the gay/lesbian incest possibilities too. Or people see it all as instant RAPE or pedos because they cannot divorce the concept of incest from predatory actions instead of a mutual interest.
