a crash happened and it was both RD and LD's fault
I assume you're talking about dash. I would like to point out her 'admittedly' casual reluctance throughout the episode. I will also admit that she should have faced lightning dust and told her she was going to the instructor before doing so. However, I still believe dust is the more guilty party.
"I'm so sorry you lied to my face, dodged responsibility and went around my back to take my position. Remember how you agreed to everything WE did, yet I got all the blame because you blamed ME?"

LD: Looks away in shame

LD: "Tears up I'm so sorry Dash I…"
RD: "Don't sweat it now what's say you to flying with me later as my wing pony!?"
LD: "Wipes tears away I would like that…"
