Despite both of them being dictator (Glimmer is closer to cult leader, but whatever), i doubt they will get along, considering that Glimmer is magic-talented unicorn who used magic to control those under her, while Kernav is mentioned as hating magics, and depicted as blank flank.

Mostly likely outcome, i think, will resemble the first soviet mission in RA1.
