I understand your doing it by what they may like, but I still say Pinkie should be Fourze, she would love the one with a guy who wants to be friends with everyone, just like her.  
And if you going with Luna, there is also the fact that the first one had two Ichigo and Nigo, so that can add to it.

This chart is about which riders the ponies would like, not which riders the ponies are like.
 
Fluttershy - would probably like Amzon because like I said, he’s a friend of nature. Mess with nature and you’re dead.
 
Dash - she would like Skyrider because as far as I know, he’s the only rider who has flying as a basic power.
 
Rarity - would like Wizard because he uses rings.
 
Applejack - I don’t know much about Stronger, but AJ is about strength. And since his name is STRONGER, I thought it would be the closest fit.
 
Twilight - would like Fourze because it takes place in a school setting and also it’s about space, which Twilight seems to be interested in.
 
Pinkie Pie - she would like Den-O because from what I know, it’s the most comedic Kamen Rider series thus far.
 
CMC - I admit, I couldn’t really think of one for them, so I just picked OOO because it was a pretty humorous series.
 
Luna - she would like Kamen Rider 1 because it’s the oldest Kamen Rider.
 
Celestia - More of a Trollestia joke. She would like Kabuto because he’s pretty good at trolling people, especially Kagami.

Oh, Shy might like Kiva, he’s shy and withdrawn like her but does fight to protect people from what they can’t fight on there own.

This is more based off which riders the ponies would like, but still. I think Fluttershy fits Amazon perfectly. He’s a friend to all creatures, but mess with him and his friends and you’ll be drowning in your own blood.

Rarity as Wizard, I don’t know, it’s only two episodes so can’t tell.  
And Fluttershy is a better fit for OOO, trying to be helpful to everyone.
