That honestly doesn’t sound like a bad deal if you really want to be a pony. You get to be a pony and you get to fool around. *She should offer a third option where you have to accept free money on top of it or something.*
Then again they might have a pretty questionable human in mind. Still worth it as a deal either way honestly, but I could see it being less of a win-win if the human in mind is disturbing in some manner.
From a comment on a similar drawing, Twilight give two choice to random bronies : staying on earth as a human but getting some action with your dream waifu OR … becoming said waifu and having to please another human before being allowed to live in Equestria. Massive awkwardness ensue.
