It really does resemble the normal parent-offspring interaction of predator species and their young, where a little violence is just part of the cuddles.

With Bolt’s luck, their fanged horror flies early too, so no respite from chew-toy duty on a cloud. “Shoulda never-ow-signed you up-ow-for early lessAOOOOUUUUW!”
@YetAnotherBrony
Pandora’s design has just enough purple to infer Twiley, but point in full on the maternal mentalities (or at least the facade of self-control).
Random digression: now I’d love to know how they handled this little hellion’s transition to the bottle & solids.
I suppose it really depends who the child takes more after. Kilala’s Illusion isn’t really all that chaotic himself (and resembles his mother Celestia more than his father, Discord), but Lopoddity’s Pandora is super-chaotic (who resembles her father so much, you can’t immediately tell her mother is Twilight).
And both their mothers are alicorns, so no difference there. But then again, Celestia has always been pretty level-headed and mentally stable, while Twilight isn’t always so…stable.
@LuminoZero
Sorry, I was referring to whomever Claire & Illusion might conceive. Could’ve made that clearer. I do wonder just how much the lineage has to be diluted with (relatively) mundane genetics before haphazard reality-warpage stops being an issue for draconequus descendants.
Just as well this second-generation dracopone lacks the hoofnails. Although I still get the impression any(p)one with Discord that close in their ancestry would be worse without even intending so.
Also, Blitz? If grappling the bratbeast just means you bleed more, keep a tazin’ cloud handy.
For a second there, I thought this was another crossover because I mistook Prism for Bruce from Lopoddity’s verse. He really got a lot gruffer later on.

yeah, he’s just a regular mutant, and not a
But that being said, Illusion and Claire are still more of a match for each other, at least compared to Claire and Prism.
That child isn’t related to Discord.
