Does trying to bully random people on the internet over word choices and typographical errors make you feel like a big man? If so I’m glad i could brighten your day.
If that was you not being insulting, I have to wonder when implying that someone failed school became acceptable according to Wikipedia’s “neutral point of view” policy.
I’m sure you’ll be disappointed to know that the majority of my interactions with other users on this site have been civil, occasionally even somewhat friendly. Often a bit silly, which I’m sure you’re opposed to, but rarely acrimonious. And since user comments are publically available, you can feel free to check that for yourself.
At no point during this exchange have you had to do anything, by the way. You are not obligated to discard civility any time you believe you see an error. As far as I am aware, there is no career or religion which requires you to scold people for not speaking literally all of the time. There is no prize to be won for flashiest display of pettiness.
As you said that was your last post, I am expecting you to return and scold me for replying. See you then!
Alright. Last post because I’m tired of reading your fallacies. @Scrounge
…I’m just tired of you insulting me and then pretending that in doing so you took the high road.
No where in these exchanges has morality played a part. It’s been you saying incorrect things, and me correcting you. Again, and again, and yet again. All you would have to do is say something correct, or stop posting altogether, and all this would have stopped. If being corrected makes you feel insulted, you should probably go Google everything you want to say, and then not say it because it’s probably wrong and would get you corrected again. But let me go ahead and make sure to insult you now that you’ve already accused me of doing it.
I’ve got a backlog of comments that I’m trying to work through and it took me until now to see it…
I can just sit here imagining you spending hours arguing with people, leaving terribly incorrect statements everywhere. And then I realize you probably spent five minutes typing out 15-second replies full of spelling errors, opinions, and all-around idiocy. It makes me want to weep for humanity.
You can correct someone without being mean-spirited about it…
I could do it that way. Or you could think twice about things before you post them. Or bother to fact check things before you spout off about them. That way people like me wouldn’t waste our time having to call you out on it, when in reality we’re just misguidedly wasting our time because you’re too thick-headed to learn how logic works.

And for the record, Starlight Glimmer’s way of leading is dictatorship.
So was Stalin’s. In fact, everything you said minus the magic was stuff he did, but he was labeled by himself and everyone else as a Communist. So we might as well go with your logic and say Russia/the USSR was never a Communist country, China never subsequently became one, and that that whole Cold War thing was just a joke. Because all those people were what you would define as a dictator, meaning you’ve discovered the secrets of Fascism that have eluded historians for the last 70 years. @Scrounge
…over something that wasn’t even meant to be taken seriously…
Then why are you flipping out so defensively at a month old comment? You seem to be the one bent out of shape and emotional about this. All I did was rationally call you out on everything you said wrong. Which has been everything you’ve said so far, what with your hot opinions as arguments and colloquial meanings. You should really just stop posting. You’re making a fool of yourself.
@Cache
Why are you so bent out of shape over this?
And for the record, Starlight Glimmer’s way of leading is dictatorship. She may talk about equality, and maybe she even believes her own lies, but she’s a flat-out tyrant who uses fear, propaganda, and the magical removal of key aspects of one’s very being to keep the populace firmly under her hoof. You saw what happens when somepony doesn’t treat her every word as both the purest of truths and the strictest of laws.@Cache
“…It doesn’t have the same ring to it if you don’t use the same word for both”
That sounds dangerously like a personal opinion being used for an argumentative point.
It was my reason for what I chose to do. Which did not include reading someone the riot act over something that wasn’t even meant to be taken seriously, so why am I supposed to be the one who doiesn’t deserve their daily oxygen in all of this?
@Cache
…It doesn’t have the same ring to it if you don’t use the same word for both, plus “communism” doesn’t automatically imply merciless dictatorship, at most it vagualy suggests it.
I was going by the colloquial, rather than strictly literal, definition of “fascist”, and meant to imply only that both of these mares believe that ruthless oppression is the best way to deal with the challenges of day-to-day life. :P
I don’t know whether to downvote because of Aryanne or to laugh at the woman who had an Idiot Evil Plot with no Game Plan against, oh, I don’t know…TWLIGHT’S ENTIRE FAMILY, IN-LAWS INCLUDED.
10 bucks says he got banned. I mean, I know I’ll lose since I don’t often check user profiles. XD

But… Glimmer’s philosophy was akin to communism. You didn’t fail the WWII part of history class, did you?
