Okay, admittedly, I don’t follow the MLP series. HOWEVER, one of my best friends does, and has been bugging me for a while to at least give the EQG movies a shot.

Somebody could argue “This image is popular because it’s what the fandom wants to see” but I think it’s because it’s a very well made animated gif.
But yah, it’s also pretty canon for Dashie to just want to do the awesome stuff.
