That’s different from everyone else.
And not perfect.
…Unfortunate.
A population that is 99% good isn’t satisfying for me.
I’m a perfectionist.
Literally the only reply needed is One bad egg spoils the bunch.
you don’t have to be a bad person to have a negative bias against someone or something, just somebody else to steer you in the wrong direction. That’s what the Nazi’s did, the average German during WW2 wasn’t evil.

Why is individuality, virtues aside, somewhat dangerous?
Because if there are differences - any differences - in society,
you can’t completely trust anyone to treat others fairly and equally.
Seriously, I (personally) am distrustful of human nature. The bad people in this world, to me, are proof of our fallibility; no matter how few they are, they still cause suffering and death around the world.
Homework for tonight:
Explain the myriad religious and racial conflicts around the world if people are truly good at heart.

Oh, I agree. I was just snarking.
I never said that Vonnegut’s view of communism was accurate. Heck, the fact that he seems to have thought well of it would indicate to me that he was delusional about it.
Well, clearly it didn’t come across very well. That didn’t look like communism at all…they had enough to eat, and they weren’t all shot.
It was mocking people that viewed such things as the inevitable goal of communism.
Mmm, good point.
I’m gonna assume that you’re not referring to the movies. Even then, the last villain wasn’t really all that long ago.
coughcoughcough
No, it’s definitely part of the show’s themes. I highly doubt that the show is going to flip into an anti-tolerance message, but I don’t doubt that people who are already anti-tolerance will use it to support their beliefs.
Here’s the synopsis if you want it:

@Darkfur
I know that. There hasn’t been any female villains in awhile in the show, so yeah.
*cough*Nightmare Moon*cough*
*cough*Chrysalis*cough*
*cough*Sunset Shimmer*cough*
*cough*The Dazzlings*cough*
Um… it’s happened before…
Except “love and tolerate” is nothing more than a fandom meme from the early /b/ and /co/ days.
