Well, I also prefer to use a light-pink color when drawing her. If you use pure white, it’s a little hard to do all the shading.

don’t know about others, but i never had a pony dream… but i never have a normal dream either…
 
see, i hate real life and most of everything it has to offer, so when i dream, and this is a constant theme for the last 12-15 years, i dream of some fantasy world where adventurer is an actual occupation. be it sci fi or fantasy… hell, the way the dreams are structured are weird too…on more than one occasion have fallen asleep and felt like i was in that world for weeks… god i love those ones…  
and for me, nightmares are what most people would call their life… they are short and usually end in me sleeping like shit.
 
hell, what most people call nightmares are fun as hell for me because i take charge and tun even the most screwed up odds into a die hard like movie scene.
 
yea… not dreaming of pony is probably a good thing… hell, the only reason that i don’t think i dream of ponies is because i imagine if i did end up in pony land… after the first few weeks it would probably be just like here, but instead of people, there are ponies… and instead of everyone being normal… 2/3 of them can fly or use magic… it would probably be more depressing there than here.

We all are different in the fandom, I’ve been around just about as long as you it would seem and plenty have told me I’m obsessed. I’ve tried to explain to those people we’re all unique and there’s no “wrong” way to be who you are.
 
Our dreams are controlled by the subconscious part of our mind, day-to-day events and emotions. Saying you’ve never had a pony dream is nothing bad at all. It likely means you are happy with your life and your mind does not create such dreams. One can only lead a pony to the water, we can’t force them to drink.
 
Besides, having no pony dreams is always better than having the occasional pony-nightmare right? I speak from experience, not much worse then not being able to save somepony, then not even being able to cuddle them when the nightmare is over. lol

Acoroding to the wiki, her coat is light fuchsiaish gray. Using this screencap of the show I get this color, so I guess her coat is not white.

I’ve been a brony for 3 years (since second half of Season 1), I’ve read more that 300 fanfics, I looked through countless drawings and even drew some myself. I listen to MLP-related music and watch fan-animations. I often play out different MLP-related scenarios in my head (e.g., what would happen if self-insert).
 
But I never had a single MLP-related dream :(. What am I doing wrong?

Actually, if you look closely, her coat is white with a pink outline.

For the last time, the colour of her coat is not white, is a very pale shade of pink. If you are going to fantasize with someone, at least do it right.
