Agreed, I’m fairly new to the site and am not entirely informed of the nuances regarding everything a non-admin user can do and how to actually do it. I’m not trying to ask stupid or disruptive questions, I’m just still learning.

Oh, and, for all I care, you can delete this entire discussion. Kinda pointless as far as the image goes (sorry for the double post, but realized it right after clicking post, and don’t see an edit button).

Fair enough. Didn’t know the specifics of how deletion of comments work here, just wanted to clear it up for Unkle Soup that I didn’t have anything to do with it.

We don’t usually hard delete a comment unless it’s something we can’t leave on the servers (illegal links/images for example) or if it’s to do with outdated comments like on an image merge (i.e. This is a dupe of >>xxxx).
 
As there are no soft-deleted comments here (ones that show in red deleted by a mod), I have no idea what the comment was about or if it was even deleted.

Threatening to downvote an image over a comment ain’t cool.
 
On reported comments: Only moderators are able to remove comments and we actually review them before doing so. If your comment got hard-deleted, it must’ve been for a reason.

He said a comment of his was removed from here, I told him it wasn’t by me, or anyone I know (or as a result of any actions of ours).

You do know /anyone/ can report the post, and it can get removed like that, right? No one I know had it removed, so probably some random person.

Please don’t remove my comment on the pic again or a downvote will be the result. I don’t know how much you care but personally, I don’t like to see downvotes on my posts even if it doesn’t affect the overall score much.

The +1 I would give on the quality of the artwork and the -1 I would give on the way the subject matter make me feel cancel each other out. I’m just way too conflicted on this one to give a rating in either direction.

I think a hoof lick from me would make that screaming pony feel better :3
