It’s almost a decade since I read that. I think it was “Empty Without You”, but that has been deleted by now. The story in question had Pinkie Pie use a hair dryer on Rainbow Dash, who spread her wings because it felt like flying and Pinkie went all “You do spread your wings when you’re excited, that’s so cute!”
It would help if we had a source lol
