The Boitata that I know,is a Sucuri with lots of cow’s eyes in its body.
But there is also this version of the story.

creatures of magic fire can control if it burns what it touches. and fltutershy can tame almost anything.

dragons do not count with the magic fire thing cause they breathe fire, not made of it.
