I hold books like that if I’m cooking or something with the other hand. The perspective could be tricky enough to make it look slightly closer to one side of her face, though…

Yeah, I’d say it needs a “suggestive” tag, (added it) at least. It’s pretty much also the only thing keeping this from being a more “clean” piece.  
I hate to sound like a prude, but I don’t really like the way most people draw those “bumps.” They always make the bumps look either to huge, unrealistic, or look like they could stab you with their nipples.
 
I still like his anthro’ art, don’t get me wrong, and he’s a good artist. I will admit, her figure is pretty cute. (I like the hips.) :)

Is it really safe when there are visible protruding nipples?

I think it would look better without the huge nipple bumps personally. I like Kloutmutt’s anthro designs though. I like the patterns on her corset/outfit.

I just realised. She’s neither holding that book in a way allowing her to see the text nor actually looking at it…
