Given what happened to Discord, that Hades is lucky if he doesn’t end up on Tirek’s dietary list… Let’s be honest, Tirek has NO allies. Not for long, anyway.  
That said, isn’t Cerberus on Equestria’s side? If so, Darkandedgy Evildude(tm)’s army is gonna get decimated REAL fast when they try to leave… Heck, not even Tirek could get by that brute!  
…unless he goes the usual route of “My OC dominating Tirek and Cerberus because REASONS!”, then everything is off the window.

I wonder if he means “Hades” as another way to say “Tartarus” or as the God of the Dead…
 
Because if it’s the latter, he’s just one more that makes the very same mistake as many (thanks to Disney and others, Hades is seen as a sort of evil or demonic God, while he actually was a calm, composed and honest good guy - just ask Orpheus - who happened to have a crappy workplace)
