AJ’s way too busy to get pregnant, she’d have to take time off of work and in the meantime her family would have a lot of trouble putting food on the table. She spends all of her time either at work or helping her friends, she would have a really hard time pursuing or maintaining any romantic relationships, let alone a pregnancy.

Fluttershy would be super clingy.  
Rarity would want all the weird food and then cry because she’s “getting fat”.  
Twilight would go crazy about diet and exercising and worrying that anything would happen to the baby.  
Dash would complain about being grounded (this pic).  
And Pinkie… would probably still eat sweets and keep bouncing, much to the consternation of the rest. And she’d be jealous of Twi having twins :D

Fluttershy would probably like it, and Rarity would be a drama queen from hell, but then she’d go all crazy with a maternity clothing line. And Pinkie’s Pinkie.
 
I bet Twilight wouldn’t have the best time since she has to carry twins. And Dash can fly, but she might as well say goodbye to her usual stunt flying.
