Also OP there is no such thing as “double jointed” it is a misnomer. Flexibility is gained from practice. Things like genetics, age, and sex only help you to progress faster.

She isn’t dubbed the, “the most flexible mare in Ponyville” for no reason. Whether she is doing gymnastics, being flexible with her schedule, or eating habits, she is always making time for things. I guess she is like what . . . octo-jointed? Ponies legs are four pointed . . . right? So that would make eight? Double that . . . . . . anyways. Here sneezes are flexible too. I think she is trying to still find which sounds best for her.

As much as I want more pictures of flexible ponies the “flexible” tag does not belong because the image is not showing off Blossomforth’s flexibility.
