No I just don’t care to pay double the price for something that only cost €5.00’s a few years back, so some 40yo can take jobs away from some teenager who doesn’t have much overhead to start with.

Seriously, a world superpower should be able to pay people enough to live on. The fact some have to claim benefits or welfare while working is erroneous.
 
Obviously in the end such a position won’t cut it so the individual should search for a better career to keep them going. If you don’t like their practices just go elsewhere.
 
Not everyone was born into a rich family like the bush or Walton variety. We all have to start from somewhere.

Ah but at least they’re getting paid to work rather than do nothing at all. Even so, 10 dollars us is around 5.95 sterling here. Even that’s not enough to live on for some people. It’s like employees were expected to eat from the bins.
 
Still you could go elsewhere, there must be other places other than Mcdonalds for food?

I wouldn’t, also I don’t like the idea cause I never thought flipping burgers is a job WORTH 10 bucks an hour, it should be a “job” not a “career”.
