Maybe the Pony equivalents have a different meaning. The cage is empty, after all…
Maybe not in Equestria’s universe.
Rosalind: “I told you I should have carried the cage.”
Robert: “No, you didn’t.”
Rosalind: “Are we really doing this again?”
Robert: “What do you mean?”
The decisions I made for Booker and Elizabeth and the way I chose to play the game had no bearing on the endings whatsoever, and after all the game did to get you to care about the characters, no one really got the happy ending I wanted so much for them.
The Lutece Twins at least, were far and above my favorite part of the game, and I’m happy to see them popping up in different media.
Bioshock 1, yes, 2 was done by a different team. Gameplay similarities or references I couldn’t tell you, I bought System Shock 2 on Steam recently but I don’t have the time to play it yet.
I’ve seen Bioshock dismissed as “System Shock for consoletards” though by people who don’t like new things or console gamers.
+1
No, no it isn’t
Besides, overrated characters from a grossly overrated game
Did he make the first two games, or just Infinite?
Also, does the Bioshock series have any connection to the two System Shock games from the 90’s? I’ve head Bioshock described as a spiritual sequel to System Shock, but are there any overt references (like, say, a reference to SHODAN) or gameplay similarities?
Yeah, that’s the man responsible for Bioshock. Here’s the fanfic reading.
Big blue tears in the comments section.
So essentially, he’d be able to tell if something was an overt reference?
Yeah, that makes sense. It’s just that I saw an image earlier connecting his name to the fanfic in question, and I got a little confused.

that was the developer of Bioshock Infinite. he read a pony fanfic involving Columbia and Bioshock Infinite. i daresay this confirms it.
bird cage
Pretty sure that guy’s just a fanfic writer who happens to be writing a Bioshock/MLP crossover story. His word doesn’t count.
Twin unicorns with stock expressions like they’ve done this a thousand times, “twin” people with stock expressions doing everything like they’ve done it a thousand times, see any more connections? Not to mention the bird cage being almost a key element in Infinite.
