Gen 1 was really dumb in making most rock types also half ground (like the above two, and all the rest minus the fossils) and most grass types half poison (even the freaking starter, only tangela was pure grass, and only roselia and its family are poison grass after gen 1) and the only GHOSTS half poison as well, and screwed up typing mechanics making Psychic overpowered for no real reason.
 
Though I’m just cynical as I dislike many Gen 1 Pokemon, and Kanto as a whole. (I still like it, just I love all the other gens more)
 
Though I doubt Maud would be stingy about her rock types not being purebred. or maybe she’d be even moreso, who knows. (seriously what is ground like at all about a rock with arms or a rock snake just wtf)
