That’s… Ugh. I have no words for how to respond to that revelation. The writers really don’t care about what they’re doing, do they?
Dude, that’s what the things from the episode were. They sucked the juice out of fruit in the same way that vampires suck the blood out of people.
No word on whether or not the drained fruit arises as new fruit vampires.
“Vampire fruit bat” sounds like a contradiction to me.
It’s the Mane Six as vampire fruit bat ponies, yes, but the transformation didn’t give Fluttershy any new limbs.
If it’s supposed to be the mane six as bat-ponies, the horns should be absent from the ones which are normally unicorns, just like if you did the mane six as all pegasi.
