Why would Spike and Rarity be passing by Velvet’s, though? It’s not like they partake in the act that that shop sells products for.

Unless maybe they were looking for a device to be used so that Spike wouldn’t himself enter Rarity but could impregnate her… But that doesn’t much fit the theme of that blog.
