These are not chinese characters in the bottom of the picture,so I doubt whether the author is Chinese.In my opinion,he or she might be a foreigner who aims to ironize that unfortunate period.Although that period should be criticized,I can’t accept to use my favorite cartoon figures to express politic meaning.And it seems like to insult Chinese.
