It ends at the third ring. She says she lied, which would logically be a lie, thus proving she didn’t lie, which in itself is a lie because she is Liarjack.

But how do we know she’s incapable of telling the truth? Perhaps instead of Discord forcing her to lie, his magic made her just want to lie. After all, it didn’t force the other ponies to do things, it just changed their personalities.

Either a liar is capable of choosing whether they lie or not, in which case there’s no problem with them saying “I lied,” or they’re incapable of telling the truth, in which case they’d never be able to say “I lied.” Bam, no paradox.
