In fact, a lot of “flaws” people point out can be easily rationalized. Well, some more than others…
For example, Sunset destroying the gateway makes sense if you see it as her trying to break the frame around it. I’m more shocked by how she can lift up that sledgehammer.

If FiM weren’t well-written, we wouldn’t be fans of it in the first place. It doesn’t have to be flawless with absolutely no inconsistencies and contrivances (which is a good thing, because I’m not sure any episode of the series would meet that standard), but the good should outweigh the bad, at least.
Yeah? So does the ending to ME3, and yet, I’d rather watch both MMC and EQG a million times over than play through that shit again.
What I’m saying is: For all the faults that EQG may have, there is no way in hell that it has as many as the ending to ME3, thus by my subjective standards, EQG is good.
Fim is well written(second half of season 3 not with standing), EG is not.

I can usually counter any argument anyone gives against EqG. Its not even that hard its just a waste of time to bother.
Now there is a great cartoon. Pity it’s not shown on TV anymore (at least not without being edited and cropped and plastered with ads for the station’s other shows).
I can switch from serious to silly pretty easily. I mainly just had no idea what “platonic form of suck” means.
I’m glad neither of us are taking this seriously. I didn’t think that would happen.
