“The video shows off Ikwhan’s work on the show, and includes scenes from two upcoming episodes near the end, so beware of spoilers.
Interestingly, one of them says it’s from season 2 episode 19 (219) but we know that is no longer the case, as the episode “A Comet Lands in a Smoothie Shack” was released as episode 19. This indicates the episode order was changed sometime during production.
The second future episode shown is episode 22 (222). Both episodes look like they will be connected in some way revealing more about Allura.”

She’s definitely talking about Izzy. She also mentions a playground, more than likely referring to the Boardtrot making sure she’ll never find her home again. Allura even bemoans how she’s stuck in Equestria forever when the Nova Charm is separated to power the place.
Most likely it was accidental too. Not exactly their fault when they didn’t know Allura was present. Or they did and Allura’s been quiet about it.
Unless he somehow blames someone for getting them separated and now seeks revenge? In the clip with Allura and Sunny, Allura mentions a “she” who was preventing her from ever getting home. Unless she was just talking about how Izzy got the Nova Charm broken when she made the Boardtrot
Someone did says that the ice forms are just ice creations to tell her story, similar to how Opaline shows Misty her story with Celestia and Luna
