A large vacuum-seal bag for a shikibuton, filled with balloons, and the extra air pumped out works nicely.

Or simply a duvet cover filled tightly with balloons.
Trying to sleep on a single large balloon has balancing issues. Though using a good quality 36-inch, like from Cattex, to sit on while gaming is lovely, since it forces good posture.
And GL airships are great to lay back on. Especially with a weighted blanket tossed over you.
edit. Though the large vacuum bags I can find are a bit more expensive than 100 yen.
