It’s Smolder’s own scepter. It looks very different from Ember’s.
Ember is really gonna pissed catching Smolder using her scepter without permission. Ember gets upset whenever another dragon uses her scepter (originally her father’s before she took over as ruler).
She’s kinda just making It look effortless.
