I always thought that if Rarity’s career in fashion didn’t work out, that she would make one hell of an actress on the stage and/or screen. Brains, beauty, drama queen. She’s got what it takes to put plots in seats! So here she is on a NYC (or Manehattan if you prefer) billboard, looking infinitely fabulous.

No, no, no, no, no, I’m not thinking on using that, but rather using the whole game itself. GTA IV is a video game and since you can play it on PC, then modding always exists, we can simply look for the .wtd files of the Star Junction billboards and then replace the textures in it.
For me, I don’t want to do that myself.
Not sure if any of those places are on Photofunia, but you can always find images of them somewhere on the ’net and edit as needed.
