You thank Tattle Tail for the information, and decide to start with Ruby and Sapphire Heart’s product testing.
 
Tattle Tail: “I’ll be around if you need me.”
 
You bid farewell to the filly, and make your way north to the Trading Post headquarters…
 
You find the marketplace more crowded than you remember it being during your last visit, likely due to the current seasonal sale. Soon enough, you arrive at the grown-up toy shop, where you are greeted by Ruby Heart and Sapphire Heart in their usual manner.
 
Ruby Heart: “Hello again, ladies, and welcome to our store.”
 
Sapphire Heart: “It’s always a pleasure to see you come back for more.”
 
You greet the unicorns in turn, and ask them about a flavour-enhancing product in need of testing.
 
Ruby Heart: “So you’ve heard! Indeed, the product in question is a candy-like tablet which, when eaten, magically imbues the body with a delicious flavour. We’re offering a small benefit of ten bits to pony pairs willing to give it a try, and provide us with feedback afterwards.”
 
Sapphire Heart: “Why, getting paid to share a good time with a friend, I say it is practically free money!”
 
Ruby Heart: “Of course, the product is still experimental, which means that some of the effects are not guaranteed to be perfected just yet. Am I to understand that you two were interested in participating in our trials?”
 
You and Moonflower nod, the latter seemingly excited at the idea.
 
Ruby Heart: “Excellent! Before we proceed, I will be casting a quick examination spell to ensure that you’re both in good health. Do stand still…”
 
The red-haired mare’s horn glows alight, and a green aura of glittering magic begins to trail along Moonflower’s body, slowly scanning her from nose to tail.
 
Moonflower: “Heehee! That tickles.”
 
Ruby Heart: “Mmhm. All good. And you…”
 
As Ruby Heart casts her spell anew, you begin to feel a tingling sensation pass through you. When it reaches your abdomen, however, pins and needles begin to prick at you from the side, though the sensation quickly fades.
 
Ruby Heart: “Oh my! It appears that you have suffered a deep injury on your left side, haven’t you?”
 
You admit that you were wounded in battle a few days ago, but add that it hasn’t caused you much trouble so far.
 
Ruby Heart: “Then let’s keep it that way, shall we? As you are no doubt aware, these activities can trigger some involuntary muscular contractions, and I’m afraid it would be imprudent to have you risk aggravating your condition.
 
Do return to us once you’ve fully recovered, then we’ll see what we can do to make up for it. Does that sound fair?”
 
You nod understandingly, and thank Ruby Heart for looking after you.
 
Moonflower: “Awww, that’s too bad! But she’s right, we don’t want you gettin’ hurt, ‘specially not while tryin’a have fun.
 
Ooh! She said I was good, though, so if you want, maybe I can still try an’ get us five bits? We jus’ gotta find somepony else who’s willin’ to pair up with me!”
