Well you did tell Twilight to drop her life, move back to Canterlot, leave her closest friends, and give up her position at her own school without giving her any choice. So you’ve got that working against you.

Other characters in the show aren’t as lucky I’d argue

It’s possible the Royals have highly specialised abilities. Yes, they raise the sun and moon, and there’s the banish and stone spells, but beyond that they are no more powerful or skilled than other unicorns. A hammer breaks a sword, but doesn’t cut bread.

That scene was at least well done. She almost had Chrysalis against the wall until they were both surprised by a love-fueled power boost.
 
You can’t say the same about the rest of her failures.

Exactly. For example she could have won the power duel against Chrysalis and then got overwhelmed by the changeling army, but no, she couldn’t even win a 1v1.

To be fair, I guess it’s not technically your fault. The fault truly lands on the shoulders of whoever served as the writers for all the episodes you had a role in.
 
But you know what they say. Guilty by proxy.

I mean you never gave us a reason to NOT call you out when it came to competence. I really wish you came to save Twilight and the gang from a main antagonist. The closest thing we got was you and Luna dealing with some sentient plants that they would’ve beaten anyway. Wow.
 
She’s supposed to be a demigod yet she was useless the entire series (which I get, because if she just solved the problems there would be no conflict ((same reason Discord’s always useless, clinging to that “oh I did nothing and almost let you die so you could grow!” excuse)), but just don’t make her out to be godly celestial being if she’s going to lose every time…)
