I do pay my taxes…reluctantly. The problem I have is that my tax money is mostly going to the salaries of politicians and bureaucrats before it goes to the roads. And most roads suck, anyway.

God, being an accountant in 2020-2021, what could it be? Off the top of my head:
A) I was the victim of identity theft and they’ve assigning me a PIN
B) Something to do with one to three stimulus checks
C) The IRS responding to a letter I sent them in 2019 after Trump froze IRS hiring
D) The IRS is retroactively adjusting my taxes because of Trump tax changes
