Wow, that was definitely in my favor. I am grateful for your words of defense to my work (although you have no reason to say what you have said, I recommend moderation: you have to be a bit diplomatic in these cases).
And I applaud your main point: HAVE FUN DRAWING AND ANIMATING ABOUT PONIES, THE REASON FOR BEING FROM SITES LIKE THESE, sending to Tartarus things so normal of Our Kind (you know, the biped) such as Petulance and the Sense of Contempt (among other faults so typical of Our Particular Evolution). Let’s try to remember that when we take a pencil and draw.
And, what does it matter, if a lot of people don’t like me, I can’t help it. I just ask for sincerity and, perhaps, a comment that specifies why. I ask too much?.

Excuse me, do you write what you write and I am the one who takes it “too seriously”? And who is acting superior to whom here? Let’s see if we are. THERE ARE THEM THAT MANAGE THEMSELVES BETTER THAN ME IN DRAWING PONIS, WITH A KNOWLEDGE HIGHER THAN I COULD HAVE AND THAT IS SEEN AT A GLANCE*, and therefore I don’t need to be better than anyone else: I HAVE FUN BEING WHAT I AM AS A DRAWER, I’LL SEE IF ONE DAY I CAN LEARN SOMETHING ELSE, ALONE TO IMPROVE HOW MUCH I DO AND NOTHING ELSE, WITHOUT GOING OVER TO ANYONE.*
And I am not putting anyone down for not liking what I draw (did you notice that it is not the only one of my fan-arts who has garnered votes in a similar way to this?), I am just saying that it is perfectly normal that some of it that I do generate more votes against than in favor. And I INSIST on believing that Izzy’s fans didn’t like me very much and so they manifest. In addition, I did not exaggerate when I said what I said: some have expressed their opinion in a lapidary way against what they dislike, that you do not corroborate it is something else.
Thus the (unnecessarily offended) doubt is clarified …
Judge, Jury, and Executioner? Since when am I acting as either of the latter two roles? I am just saying my opinions. If anything you are taking things far too seriously here. Also, for the record you shouldn’t act like you are better than every other artist here, as everyone puts in effort into their work. I hope you realize that. This is a public forum, and you shouldn’t stoop to criticizing those that disagree with what you make.
That is not an excuse to be pretending to be a Judge, Jury and Executioner of a certain artist and his particular effort and style (and commenting on this would be more understandable for the artist than a simple vote for or against). I insist on thinking that Izzy’s fans were (unnecessarily) offended by how I treated his new favorite pony, although it is enormously obvious that the purpose of what I did was to make people laugh and nothing more.
Everything that is negatively assumed in this regard is useless speculation and nothing more.
No one should stoop to that.
I appreciate this comment a lot and yes, it should be like that mainly … but do not expect much understanding about what it really is (and everyone knows) and what some people assume without being really true …
Well, I’m not exactly a cute designer, I’m more humorous and “underground” (fanzine), although that doesn’t make me a bad draftsman either.
It’s just that my ponies are grotesque and laughable and don’t get much of an audience at times
(and the unicorn Izzy has fans who won’t forgive a profanity, that’s all)
It usually happens that it was not to the taste of many and it is normal for that to happen … but it does not mean that it is fixed: the number of those who like it could increase (with some luck, of course).

Now I can’t say for certain, but I do believe that personal taste has a greater role in people’s decisions to upvote images here than effort. After all, every artist here puts in time and effort to draw their images. That doesn’t mean everyone will like said images, though.
Well… it is an interesting art style, but I thought upvotes/downvotes were supposed to depend on the effort instead of personal taste
