Once again, Fan makes a card I wish I could put in my Aurelia deck.
Split second would be better on Pony Life or EqG Dash. FiM never really played up her speed to “superequine” levels AFAIK.
And flash is more about the element of surprise. It’s a Pinkie ability.
Honestly, all speed-based abilities work equally well on her. Haste, first strike, double strike, flash, split second, all are good.
Haste would just be better thematically on her. This card would be way too weak for boros either way :p
And Rainbow Dash is a lazy shit. If anything, she should have two turns of summoning sickness.
Haste on a high-cost boast creature just feels bad. “I can attack right away! … and it’ll take ten mana for that to live up to my expectations. In Boros.”
Sounds about right, actually.
