I would say it's a cursed gift to see chris-chan references wherever I go, maybe I got it from watching too much documentaries about him…
God it'll be like the Privateer sequel all over again. If you need to fling the plot so far into the future that nothing at all is familiar, maybe don't have that plot share the same timeline.
Well, since it's so far into the future and from what I've heard a divided Equestria or something it might not even matter that it's the same universe.
They can say as much as they want that it take place in the same universe but from a meta point of view, the drastic change of animation style from 2D to 3D make it seems like it's a completely separate continuity in my mind
well that leaves a lot of speculation about what happened after g4 and several memes of that XD
