This reminds me of a silly fanfiction where Miss Cheerilee’s class decide to tackle the pageant for the school play. In this story, Dinkie is given the role of Platinum and while initially hesitant becomes a bit too invested in her role. Snips and Snails were originally going to be performing the role of Chancellor Puddinghead and Smart Cookie IIRC but had to bow out due to illness. Many shenanigans ensue.
