At various points in the show.  
Candace on phone: Mom! Phineas and Ferb turned me into a pony! I have a mane and a tail and a craving for hay!  
Mom: Okay. Then how are you using a smartphone with your hooves?
 
We also meet Agent BB, who is a small yellow horse. Her mane is blue and purple.
