Carolina apple was, to put it cutely, the apple of her parents eyes. With the help of their friends, and a little bit of magic switcheroo, Carolina was born. She was a huge baby, and she only kept getting bigger. By the time she reached elementary she was about the height of your average mare, and as an adult she’s around the height of her father Clyde, but she insists she’s 3 millimeters taller than him. Despite being intimidating as all hell at first, Abby is an incredibly sweet pony. She wouldn’t hurt a fly and is the living embodiment of a gentle giant. She spends most of her time in ponyville putting on small shows, volunteering for events, and giving lessons at cheerilee’s elementary school for foals who are interested. Abby is an incredibly talented singer, and she frequently gets invited to perform at big events such as the grand galloping gala, and the summer sun festival. Her voice is on vinyl, and many ponies look up to her. She isn’t your typical star, of course, she much prefers to stay out of the spotlight and work on the farm with her family, where she grows some incredibly tasty watermelons every year. Abby has been best friends with Tender Morning their entire lives, and the two are as thick as thieves come! Meeting after Morning’s first trip to the farm as a lesson in equality (see- “destiny is but a suggestion”) the two quickly became friends over their love of music and all things glittery! They have a few duet songs on vinyl, and nobody knows that morning is the other voice no matter how many times people speculate and ask, and morning prefers to keep it that way. Abby adores her younger sibling, and despite them not being biologically related there’s not much she wouldn’t do for her lil sib. Their relationship has always been a good one, and despite cherry being only about half her older sister’s height in adulthood, they still like to wrestle around to see who has to do the dishes that day.

Cherry was a bit of an,,, interesting case, to say the least. After each having their respective flings with big mac (both ending on good terms) the two had crossed paths quite a few times. Sugar belle volunteering at the cake’s bakery, and cheerilee still teaching away at ponyville elementary. The two started spending more and more time together via book fairs and bake sales, and eventually grew from best friends to lovers. Cheerilee is a bit older than Sugar belle but theyre both unbothered by it (especially since earth ponies age the slowest out of any other race.) And they soon moved in together and, after a lot of pestering from her younger sister Jasmine leaf, cheerilee proposed. The two got married and whoopsie Daisy, sugar belle ended up pregnant. Both of them had agreed they didn’t want kids, because their lives were simply too busy and cheerilee made it clear she spent enough timr around kids on the daily. The two of them are unsure of what to do when theyre approached by their good friend big Mac and his husband, they had a daughter who was around 12 at the time, and they wanted another kid. But they knew that with their sizes, and the complications that came with being pregnant with abby, they would likely have to adopt. The two couples mutually agreed that when the baby was born, theyd be taken under big mac and troubleshoes wing, but still know who their birth parents were. And that’s exactly what happened! Very cherry summer was born in late spring and was adored by everyone in the hospital room that day. Especially little Abby, who was stoked to have a little sibling. As they grew up cherry was always incredibly relaxed, and happy with their very mix n matched family. She still even refers to cheerilee and Sugar belle as “ma” and “momma” whenever she visits them! Despite being raised by Her dads, cherry considers all 4 ponies to be their parents, and they are more than content with it. 4 times the birthday presents after all! Cherry Is still a foal in the canon timeline, I just drew them as an adult here to show the size comparison between them and Abby. Then again to be fair, cherry is absolutely dwarfed by every member of her adopted family, Des being normal height she looks petite next her to her dads and older sister. Cherry trains underneath ponyville’s local flower baking expert apple crisp, so who happens to be her cousin! Cherry is fem aligned nonbinary and goes by she/her and they/them, wheras her mentor just goes by they/them.
