I think it’s possible, though anyone is free to believe otherwise if they wish. For one thing, we don’t know exactly how long the time skip was or how old Luster Dawn during the flashforward. On top of that, how old the Mane Six are during the show, how rapidly ponies age, how old ponies are when the finish school, and whether the show inhabits a floating timeline (I consider it likely since baby characters have never visibly aged) remain mysteries.

Wouldn’t they both be older than Dawn technically? If say twenty years passed since the coronation of Twilight’s ascension to monarch, Cosy and Flurry would be in their early twenties whilst Dawn would probably be in her late teens. Just figured they’d have different body types, especially Flurry.

The final flash-forward is only like 20 years after the show I think? So the age gap between Luster and the others wouldn’t be that bad if you assume Luster is in her early-to-mid 20’s like the Mane 6 were. Though Cozy would definitely be the oldest… assuming she ages while being a statue, if not she can be however old.
