ya know, this falls in line with her personality from the beginning of season 4 but doesn’t match her post reformation. When she was doing that equality thing I could totally see her saying that to a random pony in her town when she was horny.
 
Now at days though in her current season finale self, she wouldn’t be so nonchalant about it. She’s more understanding and cautious of another pony’s feelings. Now if she was talking to her coltfriend, I could see her dropping a line like this once in a blue moon to be a flirt and even bang him if he took her up on her offer but not all the time.
