That’s true, but at least for me and I think allot people that dislike her our beef is that she ‘stands out’ mostly be being incredibly childish and often inconsiderate. They could have easily kept her fun loving and easy going aspects I think and toned down the more grating bits that sometimes make you wonder if she has some sort of serious mental issues.
 
For instance the one pinkie ep I can tolerate, na even kinda like a bit is the babysitting one, as it showed she’s actually capable of not being an airheaded retarded and has emotions beyond “manic and whacky”, but she never seems to learn anything, or show any of that depth at any other times. She’s mostly just made to play a complete fool and for sight gags.
 
I won’t begrudge guys that like her, but for me she seems like she would be incredibly annoying to actually know. The rest of the cast have foibles and such, but all have aspects that make me think they’d be fun to be around. Pinkie though has always just struck me as someone that would be really difficult to tolerate for more then a few minutes at a stretch.

pinkie was alot to get use to i had to admit that,but even i can relate to her in some cases as alot of pple now,but i suppose i can see why pple find her annoying,but then again if she was normal she wouldnt stand out like she does.

I have an online friend that kind of reminds me of her short attention span, gets overly excited about EVERYTHING, but is prone to bouts of manic moodswings when others won’t go along with him or tell him to calm the hell down.
 
This made me anyone find her annoying and dislike her pretty much instantly. I think allot of people that have known “a pinkie” may share similar feelings. She’s the kind of person that wears out her welcome fast and you quickly start wishing would just grow up.

I never understand why people say Pinkie is annoying, I’ve never once found her annoying.

This season has just picking on Pinkie a lot. I love it. She’s been super annoying.
