MY latest pony comic.
 
I created the vectors in Inkscape and then exported them to Photoshop to do the text, layout and some extra details.
 
I’m still trying out different styles for my comics to find something that I like. This time I’ve made it more show accurate and have gone over to white backgrounds with thick lines for the character and no lines for the backgrounds and foreground objects.
 
This is one of the few MLP comics that I’ve scratch drawn without borrowing nay vectors from anybody else. I almost did for the map, but in the end I couldn’t find anything that fitted in with the style so I drew one instead based on the official map.
 
If anybody doesn’t get the joke, the Doomsday clock is a real device from back during the Cold War, which is used to represent how close mankind is to destruction.
 
The comic itself was inspired by all of the fuss surrounding Twilight Sparkle at the end of season 3. Which, unsurprisingly, turned out to be mostly hot air.
