I don’t understand why covidiots are downvoting this. Even if you are young and healthy, and that does mean that you’re likely to be fine with covid-19 (which isn’t true if you have some kind of underlying health condition, especially if it’s one that you might not even know you have), you still shouldn’t risk getting it because you’ll spread it to other people without even knowing for several days.
 
And the “essential” businesses in many areas are very questionable. In my area, the non-essential businesses are supposed to be shut down, but liquor stores, hardware stores, paint shops, gas stations, and plenty of other stuff are still not only open, but running business almost completely as usual.

I personally appreciate this as I was unaware of any deaths among children of any age and so I do appreciate the fact that it does seem to be getting more dangerous,Although everyone does have to admit for those of us living in the states at least we have some of the best medical facilities in the world so at least if we do get sick we have the best possible fighting chance

It also kills men at a much higher rate than women, so there goes Big Mac too.

Ah good, even MLP sites are being used to fearmonger. Using partial information to incite panic. “Oh, a 16 year old died in Germany last week” Okay, and? did the 16 year old have any other underlying conditions? Did they recently recover from another illness? How quickly did they get medical help? Did they get medical help? Same questions need to be asked of the “12 yo who died in Belgium today”
 
14 year olds and 12 year olds die of pneumonia too. Sometimes shit happens, sometimes families don’t act in time, sometimes kids hide their illness for so long they’re beyond help. Yet I see this shit all the goddamn time “MINORS ARE DYING! PANIC! PANIC! THE GOVERNMENT IS TRYING TO HIDE THE FACT THIS IS THE APOCALYPTIC PLAGUE!!!”

Everybody is saying “only hits the old”. That is the constant rhetoric going around because no-one in teh government is doing anything to hand out the facts. I’ve heard older people ask “I know teens are immune to it, but can they still carry it?” because that’s how bad it is. It’s not just the teens that then they’re safe, that is the global message.

nobody has ever said it “only hits the old”. The elderly are just the most at risk of dying from it.
 
and really, corona has been going around for what, over a month now? and we’re only now getting confirmed deaths of minors? if anything this only supports what everyone has said about it.
