Gay pride can be about being proud of your love of your partner. It’s about showing that gay relationships can be as wholesome and strong as straight ones. So, yes, the hashtag is very relevant.
Love doesn’t really care about gender or sex or race or religion.
It’s love for yourself in a world that says you shouldn’t.
That is “love” to some extent, as it involves caring for a partner.
