Basically they’re men who will suck up to women any way they can in an attempt to get laid. I wouldn’t be surprised if many incels started out as simps, but then grew bitter and hateful over their failure

Simp is the opposite of an incel. They’re guys who like women, but to the point where they constantly seek their attention out of desperation regardless if the girl actually likes them or not. Kinda like a white knight, only way more beta.
