Honestly I think Celestia and Chrysalis should be in the same place, since both would technically qualify as neoreactionaries: Chrysalis the negative kind, and Celestia the positive kind.

I think it’s kind of silly to try to apply the political compass of a post-industrial Western democracy to a magical monarchy.

Celestia authortarian Right. Despite what most of us think authoritarian Right makes the most goverments of the world, but they are not far Right or far authoritarian. When we think of the Right we mostly think of Extremist because we accept some authority and we also tend to want to have privat property.

Not a libertarian in an earthly sense, but the state doesn’t seem totalitarian in Equestria, and we see hints that the society is right-leaning economically. So she seems to treat the economy like a libertarian would, with a hooves-off approach to controlling her subjects’ lives. But it IS flawed.

Since nobody ever talks internal politics in MLP, these are all meaningless.

Could always shift Thorax down, boot out Tirek and make Starlight Glimmer (pre-reformation) authoritarian left, but eh.
